I found a supermarket right on site. This was a huge plus. The restaurant is accessible 24 hours, great for late-night cravings. I noticed a lot of staff members . The customer experience was awesome from the gate to the reception. They greeted me warmly.
Housekeeping seemed somewhat inattentive. As a couple in a double king room, we constantly had to call for extra towels since there was only one of everything in the room. The pool was clean one day. The next day, it was dirty. I really hated that inconsistency. This was something that I really was not expecting from a hotel.
